A Project Manager must ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the requirements of stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, a problem solver, and a leader who can motivate and guide a team to success.

Job Description
 

• Develop and maintain the project management methodology including document templates, identifying project phases, reporting, and planning information for successful project delivery.

• Provide effective reporting, tracking, and communication of project status and metrics.

• Provide support in the creation and improvement of processes, procedures, and tools.

• Provide assistance in projects across the organization, delivering within the agreed scope and timescale.

• Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports, and plans are relevant, accurate, and complete.

• Track and report on project portfolio performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects.

• Provide support, advice, and assistance to people and/or departments across the organization managing their projects.

• Delivery of project aims and objectives as outlined in the relevant specifications for assigned projects.

• Implementing and maintaining a document storage system that will contain all documentation for all projects and which can be readily and easily accessed by project teams and management. Develop positive relationships with managers and staff to enable the PMO to provide support including facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects, and training.

• Develop and maintain a basic understanding of customer policies and procedures as relevant to processes.
   

Requirements
 

• 5-8 years of software project management or relatable experience.

• Should have hands-on experience with all modern Project Management tools including MS Project, TFS, VSTS, and Jira.

• Strong interpersonal, analytical skills and people management skills.

• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

• Candidates who have PMP, CSM, or other PMI certifications will be preferred.
